Features
- Set an employee’s primary pay schedule. With the
set-primary-pay-scheduleflag and theshowSetPrimaryPaySchedulesetting enabled, you can now choose an employee’s primary pay schedule for each business from the employee action menu. The chosen schedule carries a Primary badge in the pay schedule selects.
Improvements
- Manual payments are labelled on the payroll tables. The blue dot column is gone from the Earnings and Benefits & Deductions tables. An employee or contractor paid manually now carries an amber “Manual Payment” chip under their name, with a tooltip naming the payment method.
- Export journal entries while a payroll is still processing. If you have QuickBooks or Xero connected, you no longer have to wait for the payroll to finish paying before you export its journal entries.
Fixes
- Percent inputs keep both decimals while you edit them.
50.00%no longer flips to50%when the field takes focus. - Pay schedule titles follow the viewer’s language. Where bilingual pay schedule titles are set, titles now display in the viewer’s own language across roughly 35 tables, selects, headings, cards and snackbars.
- Select all respects “Include removed employees”. In the off-cycle payee picker, selecting all employees across pages with “Include removed employees” turned on now selects everyone shown instead of only the removed employees. Applies to businesses with
showPayScheduleAddRemove.
